Policies
Fees: $135 per 50 minute session, and $200 for the initial intake session.
Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of the appointment. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Insurance: I am in-network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Kaiser, Pacific Source, First Choice Health, and United Healthcare insurance plans. Please call your insurance prior to beginning therapy to find out what your benefits are, including any limitations, deductible, and co-pays.
Cancellation Policy: Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment, I cannot use this time for another client, and you will be charged for the entire cost of your missed session. Consideration will be given for illness and emergencies.
