Payment:  Payment  is due in full at the time of the appointment.  I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Insurance:  Mental health services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan - I am in-network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Pacific Source and several EAP plans.  I can also bill other insurance providers and in most cases they still cover all or part of the cost of therapy.  I encourage you to call your insurance prior to beginning therapy to find out what your benefits are, including any limitations, and to bring your insurance card with you to our first session.
